Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping within Norway

We ship to all addresses within Norway. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas (e.g. Svalbard, certain island communities) may experience longer delivery times.

Large and Bulky Items

Some items — such as kayaks, canoes, and large paddling equipment — may require special freight arrangements. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for oversized items.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
