Terms of Service – Joy&Paddling
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Joy&Paddling's online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Joy&Paddling is a Norwegian company and all sales are governed by Norwegian law.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EURO (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
3. Orders and Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Norway. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Joy&Paddling is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
6. Warranty and Complaints
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Liability
Joy&Paddling is not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
8. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Norwegian and EU/EEA data protection legislation (GDPR). Your data is used solely to fulfil your order and improve your shopping experience.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can find an amicable solution. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukertvistutvalget).
